Payment must be received within 3days of close of auction. Product availability is not guaranteed after 3 days.
Product will be shipped only if full payment, including full shipping charge, handing charge, has been received.

Products will be shipped via Airmail. (Singapore Post)
Our store is NOT currently setup to ship COD orders.
International buyers, please check with your local agency as you might be required to pay custom duty/tax on import of this particular product.
We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
Purchased items are required to be declared at the actual retail value as recorded with the Dept. of Commerce and will not be declared "as a gift of lesser value" for any reason - no exceptions.
Airmail: Every single parcel is registered, with tracking number.
All items will be packed safely. If your item is damaged or lost by post office or Express Company, contact us immediately so we can assist with correcting the problem as soon as possible. And we will report to the Express Company or Post Office and ask for refund.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing.
Airmail: It will take 15-20 working days.
If you want expedited or quicker service for your order and faster shipping, we can provide "expedited service" but there will be additional costs.

We offer a warranty on all items that we sold.

Unless otherwise specified, this item comes with 30days warranty from the shipment date.
You must contact us before returning any product. All returns must be made within 30 days from the shipment date. Returns must be in new condition (Not used), invoice and original packaging with all accessories.
Please enclose a piece of paper with your eCRATER ID and paypal account address with the returns.
Under no circumstances will any Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs be refunded.
Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
Warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of product.
